Isn't that where they were saying all those drones about a year ago or something they couldn't supposedly identify?

Keith, IF authorities were to confirm a drone was used to disperse a biohazard agent in your immediate area, what would you advise the locals to do? Tape windows/doors (if so, with what?), use air filters, stay indoors, boil water ...?

Lock your house down and start accounting for anyone. Use plastic sheet to cover doors and windows and vents and tape down. Create a “mudroom” or decon chamber so when loved ones trapped outside come home, they can be washed down and deconned in that chamber before coming in the house and getting aid. I would use water you have stored at home until the all clear. The changes of this happening in a residential area, though, are slim. It will most likely happen in a populated area with businesses and high concentrations of people like a sporting event.
