I work near an airport. A pretty depressed area LEO's call "The Blade". Drugs, prostitution and general crime perpetrated by addicts mostly. I live however, 17 clicks away in suburbia. Just for an instance like this I have 8 different routes mapped out just in case I have to deviate my path back to my home base. I practice my ABC's, legally even in Kalifornistan. Like Jim Manning mentioned below, SA is imperative. Make sure your loved ones have a plan or 6. Have a meeting place. Know who is going to get who in the event someone gets tied up or needs a way home. Check on neighbors. Coordinate with them in the event things get spicy in the burbs. I've always lived by this creed: "God, family, country, the rest is just filler till God brings us home. Pray up folks.

Situational Awareness, at all times. I frequent (weekly) a Mexican restaurant, eyeballing the kitchen staff...stable so far and nothing out of the ordinary, but may be very clever.

You have nothing to worry about the workers. Some are money laundering, but for the most part the workers are trying to escape the violence

A large glut of more than 30k rounds of 7.62 was seized from a van in Colorado last year from Mexican nationals along with 180k total other ammunition. A report then suggested that this many 7.62 only had one logical purpose to feed minigun(s) for targeted terrorist attacks. CJNC and other cartels have been known to use miniguns against Mexican military and vice versa.

It sure is comforting that the CO comrades are working so diligently on both fronts against their own citizens to create a sanctuary state for these gangs AND disarm the good citizens to make the state a nice soft target, they should be proud. I wish they'd stop being so good to CO.

Absolutely could and likely will due to our open border policy of the past and the interwoven illegal drug market in America. The sheer economics of the illicit drug trade make it a Fortune 500 company. But like all the other criminal elements in our broken society we must always be on watch and prepared while we try to go about Gods work and our daily lives. Satan isn’t taking time off these days. Be safe and God bless the Peace Makers.
